Alan Norman

Alan Norman has been a member of Google's Access Strategy team as a Principal since November, 2010. He's been involved in a variety of Access initiatives including TV White Spaces, Spectrum Policy and developing Google's wireless access strategy.

Prior to joining Google, Alan was CEO of Amicus Wireless Technologies, a leading WiMAX SoC developer, and EVP of Delivery at ArrayComm, licensing smart antenna technology to the wireless industry. Previously, Alan was VP of Corporate Development at Internap Network Services, and served in a variety of roles at Etak, where he was part of the team that developed the world's first car navigation system.

Alan holds a BS in Mathematical Sciences from Stanford University and an MS in Management from Stanford's Graduate School of Business where he was a Sloan Fellow.
