With regulations mostly settled and the required technologies fairly well understood, it’s time to turn our attention to the really big questions: how will the White Spaces be used? What applications will dominate? What business models make sense? What does the competitive landscape look like? This panel of experts will examine these issues in detail, and provide their individual forecasts as to barriers, rollout, adoption, and, ultimately, success.
